This article describes how you should configure AWS Elastic Load Balancing to ensure load balancing for an Amazon cloud instance of Semarchy xDM.
Semarchy can be configured for high-availability (please refer to the developer guide), but if you are not using on-premise instances you will need to configure your cloud environment accordingly.
