You can keep closing and creating new model branches until you get to model branch 0.40. Then you can replace 0.40 with the model from production.

In our application, we have a difference in Model Version of Prod(.40) and Dev(.29). Some how the later versions in development environment has lost. Please help to sync production Model with Dev and what is procedure to do.
