We want to inform you that The Semarchy Community will migrate to the Semarchy Support Portal, our customer service platform, on June 20.

With this change, the Semarchy Support Portal becomes your unique access point to:

  • Contact the customer support.
  • Access the Semarchy Knowledge Base.
  • Use Forums to ask questions to the community of users, partners, and Semarchy experts. To learn how to use forums, you can read this article.
  • View and subscribe to announcements such as new releases and security notices. To be notified about new announcements, navigate to the Announcements forum and select Follow. You will receive an email notification for every new post.

The Community website will remain available until June 30. As of July 1, this site will be automatically redirected to the support portal.
